Entertaining and suspenseful for anybody old enough to read it for themselves or young enough to be read to, the author has curated an arsenal of personality and character traits and takes painstaking measures to ensure the alternative calendar and futuristic timelines always flow, if anybody wanted to double-check her work. Aly Mara is the up-and-coming author to watch – she’ll be on the NYT Best Sellers list in no time, and I predict her books will be turned into movies!
