Thanks for checking out my blog. As I stated in a previous post, a lot of my writing will be centered around God (not all – sometimes I’m just a small-town girl living in a lonely world with other stuff to say). There are a few things that you might be interested to know about me, though, as far as what I believe so you can hopefully get a better idea as to where my writing is coming from:
- There is a difference between being religious and having a relationship with Christ. You can count me as part of the latter, and that is the reason I’m still here and not curled up in a corner somewhere, rocking back and forth, sucking my thumb. My life is far from perfect, and every day is a struggle…but I’m here thanks to my Savior. I understand that everything I had, have or is yet to come is only because of the grace of God.
- While hell is a very unfortunate and real consequence of disbelief in Christ, not everyone comes to Christ out of fear of spending eternity in a lake of fire. There are many different reasons people come to Christ but only one way to act on it – by repenting and asking Christ into your heart.
- It fascinates me how much the Bible confirms science. However, hearts are not won with science. The Spirit is a supernatural matter, not a scientific one. So, I don’t care to talk too much about stuff that is only up for debate scientifically – but neither am I afraid of using science when the need arises. Mostly, I speak from the heart about whatever God puts on it to write.
- Delving into conspiracy theories is a favorite past-time of mine, and one thing I’ve learned over the years is: Never say “never.” I’ve changed my mind on many things the last few years, and in some cases for my mind only to be changed back again to my original thinking on the topic. Conspiracy theories will be covered in the 🐇🕳FOILED section. Because these are theories that I’m still working through, I do not want to put these things out publicly unless they’ve been proven one way or the other to the masses. So, while I’m still working them out in my own mind, I will keep them under lock and key, so to speak. Enter at your own risk for now, but I am working on that section being subscription-based in the near future. It’ll be super duper cheap, though, I promise.
- I believe the issues that society faces today are ALL matters of the heart when it comes down to it. Good vs. evil. Light vs. dark. Truth vs. lies. God vs. Satan. Spoiler alert: GOD WINS! (He already did).
Hopefully the above will give you a little bit of insight into me and will help you understand my writing better if you choose to indulge. My main objective here is to share God with whomever is willing to listen as I feel it is very important heading into what some would say the book of Revelations foretold, and what many would say will be (update: 11/23/2024 we are now on the heels of) the most important election in history. It may look like I’m straying off topic sometimes, especially given the events of 2020 2021 2022 2023, 2024 but I do believe that everything is related and the answer to all the world’s problems is JESUS.
For whatever is hidden is meant to be disclosed, and whatever is concealed is meant to be brought out into the open. Mark 4:22
